Great location, clean and spacious rooms. The location near shopping center and restaurants was perfect. The hotel was conveniently close to the airport train and highway bus interchange. Namba station and dotombori food area were just a short walk away. The room was comfortable and clean, and the lobby provided useful amenities like a scale beam for shopping.

Great location, just a few steps away from the train station and famous shopping streets. The room was tidy and comfortable, with all necessary amenities provided. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any request.
The cigarette smell was present in the room, even though I had requested a non-smoking option. , the lobby area was very smoky, making it uncomfortable to stay for long periods.
